Log in to tangerine.ca with your Client Number and PIN. Your account balances for savings, chequing, GICs, and credit cards are displayed on the main dashboard immediately after login.
Open the Tangerine Mobile app and log in. Your balances are shown on the home screen. Tap any account to view detailed transaction history and current balance.
The Tangerine Mobile app offers a Quick Balance feature that shows your balance without a full login. Enable Quick Balance in app settings after your first login.
Call Tangerine Client Services at 1-888-826-4374 and follow the automated phone banking prompts to check your account balance and recent transactions.
